Notes for most attacks:

Lawrence: PurpleParfait is a friend of mine, who I knew since late 2022. This year is her first year of playing Artfight.

Keit: Mike's another friend of mine who I attacked last year as well. I was almost about to make Keit a fish but I decided against it around the last minute.

KOTH mass attack: Kinda wanted to fit the beverages to the character's personalities but I think I only did that for about 2 characters. (America with Bud Light and Craig with Fanta)

Esme: The broken Mario 64 cartridge she is holding is the same cartridge from an attack of her brother from last year. That's why I called the attack a psuedo-sequel.

Lenny: I haven't listened to The Buggles before, and the character is based off of an album by the band. Nevertheless I tried throwing in the plant thing from the album cover onto his photograph. Maybe I'll give them a listen someday. Maybe not. We'll see.

Half-Mogeko: Mew111 is another friend of mine who I've known since around 2023 or 2024. I've never actually met my online friends in person though. Huh.

Melee Weapons Specialist: When digitizing the sketch I reversed where she was facing whilst keeping the gibus the same position.

Got the same amount of attacks as I did last year. No one ever revenged me back though. Oh well.

CLOSING THOUGHTS

Artfight was pretty good this year. Attacked more folks, and dipped my toes into making mass attacks. Though there were a lot more characters I could've attacked, I think the ones I did attack were really cool.

So uh, apparently the last 3 art things I posted (Furaffinity rn, Ultrakill slab revolver, Kind of a big deal) didn't have their titles labeled correctly so they just get "untitled" and then a number.

Oh and the tags aren't there either. Idk what happened but uh, yeah.

Titles have been fixed however.

Artfight 2024 has concluded. We don't know the winner yet but I predict that Stardust is winning. I did a lot more art than last Artfight, which is good. But anyways let's look at my stats.

Notes for each attack:

Flapjack: I was originally gonna draw Flapjack and K'nuckles running but I figured a redraw of a common promotional image would be better

Lazarus: There was an alternate background that I did but I found that the rainbow background worked better for the aesthetic I was going for.

Clarp and Sneet: I tried to give Sneet that one mouth that Morty from R&M sometimes has but I couldn't really pull it off well.

Callum: I tried to make a hyper simplistic redraw of the Mario 64 cartridge for him to hold but I gave up around a minute in. And no I didn't save it.

Vanido: If I knew some Homestuck lore a little bit I probably would've done something different than what I did. I'm still happy with what I made though. Homestuck looks really interesting but the only thing holding me back from reading is that it's longer than The Bible.

Timo: I was thinking of having only one conspiracy depicted but I think a corkboard featuring a bunch of dumb unrelated shit would be funnier. Also this one is my favorite attack.

Shobon: Mike is a good friend of mine. We've known each other for decades. Just kidding. I've known the guy since 2021 but that's still a long time. Never actually met in in person though.

Fuschi: This one felt like the longest to draw, but I never time my work so idk how long it actually took.

CLOSING THOUGHTS

Artfight was a pretty damn good time had by everyone. This'll probably be something I'll participate in every year now along with Inktober. I get to see and draw a lot of cool wacky characters and some people get to draw my characters too.

Was trying to make an animation of Chris and Michael with Pencil2D but honestly....It just wasn't pretty.

I think this might be a thing that I'll have to learn about more, and not just jump straight into it.

Decided to visit the under judgement movies and damn there is a lot today.

Sorry guys. I'm not gonna do Inktober Day 26 "Remove". I don't trust myself to. I was gonna do something like removing a band aid but it just wasn't pretty.
